“We are planning to send the satellite into space in mid-2025,” Avais Ahmed states. According to him, Pixel’s responsibility is to build the satellite and deliver it to the Indian Air Force.
Indian Air Force launches into space By the middle of 2025, Pixel will turn the satellite over to the Air Force, enabling them to launch it in the middle or late of the same year. The Air Force will be better equipped to keep an eye on the nation’s frontiers as a result. We are pleased to inform you that Pixel Space, a Bangalore-based startup, and the Indian Air Force have signed a deal.
Young businesspeople Awais Ahmed and Kshitij Khandelwal from BITS Pilani launched Pixxel while they were remaining in college. We intend to launch the satellite into space in the middle of 2025, according to Awais Ahmed. According to him, Pixxel’s duty is to construct the satellite and deliver it to the Indian Air Force. These satellites’ primary duty is to keep an eye on the nation’s borders. The Air Force and Pixxel have an iDEX contract in place for the supply of tiny multi-payload satellites.
The contract is for the development of tiny satellites up to 150 kg in weight for purposes including hyper-spectral, infrared, synthetic aperture radar, and electro-optical. Seventy-one million dollars have been raised by Pixxel since its founding in 2019. The business thinks that the funds will pay the launch of all 24 of its satellites. The firm intends to launch 18 satellites in 2019 and six this year.
