The Justice Bharti Dangre and Justice Manjusha Deshpande bench made this decision. It grew out that the juvenile’s aunt filed a petition with the High Court. The juvenile’s release was demanded in the petition.
The High Court stated, “Our hands are tied by law,” even though it acknowledged that it was a serious offense. When a youngster breaks the law, they cannot be treated like adults.” The juvenile was sent to the remand home on the youngster Justice Board’s incorrect order, according to the court. The Juvenile Justice Board did not have power over this decision, according to the court.
Will pursue the matter in a court of expertise – Eknath Shinde
However, the family of the Pune Porsche automobile victim received promises from Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde that justice would be done in this instance by the government. “A check for Rs 10 lakh has been given to the victim’s family from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund,” said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
