Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked the Congress of creating storylines to divide the nation.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday took a stinging swipe at Congress MP Rahul Gandhi while presenting to the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address, winning the party’s Yuvraj startup neither lifts nor launches.

They have established a startup for their ‘Yuvraj’. But he is a non-starter; he neither lifts nor launches,” he explained.

In a viral video, PM Modi can be seen laughing while making a non-specific joke against Rahul Gandhi.

PM Modi accused the Congress of fabricating tales to divide the nation. He claimed the party is attempting to create a north-south divide.

Narendra Modi also struck out at Congress MP D.K. Suresh for his’separate nation’ comments.

“A nation is more than a piece of land to us. It is a unit that inspires us all…If one of the body’s limbs fails to function properly, the complete body is deemed handicapped. Similarly, if one region of the country lacks development, the entire country cannot develop…The language used today, new narratives are being constructed out of political greed in order to break the country…What could be a greater catastrophe for the country?…such a worldview comes from a national party. That is unfortunate! Our tax, our money! What language is used? “This is dangerous for the country’s future,” he warned.

Prime Minister Modi accused the Congress of having a colonial mindset. He claimed that the party has been influenced by the British.

The British were remembered at this House, and Raja-Maharajas had a strong connection with them at the time…I would like to understand who was inspired by the British….Even after independence, who encouraged a colonial mindset in the country? If you were not inspired by the British, why didn’t you amend the IPC that they drafted? Why did you tolerate hundreds of laws enacted by them to continue? Why has the red beacon culture persisted even after decades? India’s budget was traditionally tabled at 5 p.m. because the British Parliament met at that time in the morning…Who got inspired by the British?”Why did Rajpath have to wait for Modi to become Kartavya Path?” he said.
