Dunki, which is due to be released on December 21, has been given a U/A rating after a few modifications were made. According to a Bollywood Hungama report, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) requested that the film’s producers include anti-smoking health messages at the beginning of the film. It also instructed the filmmakers to include this in the middle of the film, just before the start of the second half.
Dunki received the U/A certificate from CBFC.
The report claims that early in the movie, a term was “appropriately” changed to “immigrants.” The clips before to the break in which Shah Rukh Khan’s character Hardy rode a horse while wearing a uniform during his wedding were also “appropriately” changed. A legal caution that said, “Suicide is not a solution to any problems,” was also included in a significant scene.
Duration of Dunki
In support of the figures and other details revealed at the film’s conclusion, the Dunki team also provided documentary evidence. On December 15th, Dunki received a U/A certificate. The report claims that the film’s duration is 161.24 minutes, as listed on the censor certificate. 2 hours, 41 minutes, and 24 seconds make up Dunki’s duration.
