This year’s Top 50 Asian Celebrities in the World for 2023 was led by Shah Rukh Khan. List also includes Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ranbir Kapoor.
Shah Rukh Khan added another feather to his cap as he was named the number one Asian celebrity in the world. On Friday, the official list was released. Following him was Alia Bhatt, who came in second, and Priyanka Chopra, who came in third.

Ranbir Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh are two more of the biggest celebrities. The UK weekly Eastern Eye released the list. “Khan will become the first leading man from the modern era to have three huge Bollywood blockbuster hits in a calendar year,” reads an excerpt from the list regarding Shah Rukh. The actor had a revolutionary effect and provided much-needed support to the film industry, which had been in serious decline, by luring large audiences back into theaters with international juggernauts. The legendary star showed the world what escapist Bollywood filmmaking is capable of, surpassing everyone else with his genius.
The next film starring Shah Rukh Khan is Dunki. Director Rajkumar Hirani also stars Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu. The movie is slated for release on December 21.
The list of finalists is supposed to be based on top celebrities’ contributions to labor, breaking down barriers, and serving as an inspiration over the years. It is also believed to involve public input, since readers can submit their favorite star for the list via social media.
Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra
Alia Bhatt comes in second place behind Shah Rukh Khan for her efforts in Bollywood and Hollywood. Heart Of The Stone was her Hollywood debut. Priyanka Chopra came in third place for her major movies, Citadel and Love Again, as well as her ‘humanitarian efforts and lighting up the red carpet at international events.’
Diljit Dosanjh, a singer and actor, came in fourth place for his efforts in films and international music collaborations. Diljit’s most recent project was with Sia. He also received a lot of attention for his appearance at the Coachella music festival. Ranbir Kapoor finished sixth.
