The Tamil Nadu murder case of K. Armstrong, the state president of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), is becoming more and more active. Mayawati, the head of the BSP, has now asked that the CBI look into the situation. She stated the true offenders are not the ones that have been arrested thus far. In order to guarantee the victim receives justice, she appealed with Chief Minister MK Stalin to turn over the probe to the central office.

Tamil Nadu Bahujan Samaj Party President K Armstrong got tributes from Bahujan Samaj Party head Mayawati and national convener Akash Anand. At a private school in the Perambur neighborhood of the city, floral tributes were laid on the mortal remains of the 52-year-old leader.

He said that there is no such thing in the state as law and order, given the manner in which Armstrong was killed late at night by a gang of attackers. Justice for Armstrong should be served by CM Stalin, who should also turn the inquiry over to the Central Bureau of inquiry. “The real culprits have not been caught,” he continued. The CBI should be tasked with completing the probe. Justice is not something we expect the state government to provide. Thus, the CBI should be entrusted with investigating this issue right away.
