Comedians and actors Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover made news a few years ago for all the wrong reasons after allegedly engaging in a mid-air brawl. In a recent development, Kapil Sharma and Netflix together published a video announcing a new project in which the Firangi star would reunite with Sunil Grover after a six-year hiatus.

The one-minute video begins with Kapil Sharma shooting video using his phone’s front camera, saying, ”Hi guys, this is Kapil Sharma.” Then Sunil Grover appears in the frame, saying, ”And you know who I am.” Following their announcement that they will be appearing on Netflix, other members of The Kapil Sharma Show, including Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, and Archana Purana Singh, join them one by one.

”Dil thaam ke baithiye, jis ghadi ka intezar tha, vo aagayi hai!” Netflix stated in the description. @whosunilgovernment and @kapilsharma BACK TOGETHER is coming soon to Netflix!”

Reactions of Internet users
Fans went crazy after seeing the video and crowded the comments area with their joy. ”Divided by flight, United by Netflix,” one user said. ”This feels like a great win after India lost the World Cup,” another person said. ”Only this doctor can treat all of us after Australia’s defeat,” said a third user.

What occurred six years ago?
Things fell apart between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover when they got into an argument on their way back to Mumbai from a gig in Australia. Kapil allegedly uttered certain things to Sunil while intoxicated. Later, he raised a white flag, and the two are supposed to be friendly, but Sunil Grover has yet to return to the comedy show.
