Six days remain until the launch of “Leo,” the widely awaited film starring Thalapathy Vijay, and his fans are in a frenzy! The movie’s designers tweeted a modified version of the “Naa Ready” poster to keep up with the hype.
If anyone is unaware, the original “Naa Ready” poster, which featured Thalapathy Vijay smoking a cigarette while carrying a gun, caused controversy. The poster has now been changed by the movie’s producers, and now it shows Vijay without a cigarette in his mouth.

VIJAY’S ‘NAA READY’ POSTER HAS BEEN EDITED
On the ‘Naa Ready’ poster for Thalapathy Vijay, he was smoking a cigarette. Anbumani Ramadoss, a Rajya Sabha MP, voiced her disapproval of this and raised concerns. Vijay smoking in the poster infuriated the lawmaker, who conveyed his disgust. Without removing any footage, the producers only performed a minor edit by adding a disclaimer to the smoking sections.
The song will now be published in five languages—Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi—according to a new poster for “Naa Ready” that was unveiled by “Leo” creators on October 13. It was somewhat altered. A brilliant alteration removed Thalapathy Vijay’s cigarette from the updated poster.

WHAT WAS THE OBJECTION OF RAJYA SABHA MP ANBUMANI?
On June 16, Rajya Sabha MP Anbumani Ramadoss posted on her X (formerly Twitter) account with the message, “Actor Vijay should refrain from performing in smoking scenes! It is regrettable that star Vijay can be seen smoking on the Leo movie’s debut poster. Students and kids alike enjoy watching Vijay-starring films. They shouldn’t become dependent on watching him act in a smoking scenario either. He also has a social duty to stop smoking in public places. The law states as much. As he pledged in 2007 and 2012, actor Vijay should stop portraying smoking scenes in motion pictures.
