Vikas Kishore, the son of minister Kaushal Kishore, is alleged to be friends with the victim, and a pistol found at the crime scene is purportedly registered in the son’s name.
Vinay Srivastva, 30, was discovered dead at the home of Union minister Kaushal Kishore’s family in Lucknow’s Begariya Khal neighborhood early on Friday.

Vikas Srivastava, the deceased’s brother, filed a complaint alleging that his brother was murdered, and a FIR has been registered as a result, according to Rahul Raj, deputy commissioner of police for the south district.
“The young man’s skull bore signs of trauma. Raj stated that a gun had also been discovered and that it was believed to belong to Kishore, the minister’s son.
It is being determined how the murder occurred and why, according to Raj.
“Forensic and police teams have arrived at the scene. The crew also found the licensed revolver, which they then forwarded for inspection, according to the DCP.
At least six people came to the minister’s son’s residence on Thursday night to party, according to the initial investigation. The subsequent events are still unclear.

Kishore, the minister of state for housing and urban affairs, claims that his son was not at home when the incident occurred. According to Kaushal, his son has been in Delhi since last Thursday and is on his way to Lucknow.
