The movie, which is a follow-up to the 2012 film OMG – Oh My God starring Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal, is meant to raise awareness of the importance of sex education for adolescents through a compelling tale of a middle-class family.

The upcoming movie OMG 2 starring actors Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam has received censor certification for 12+ age group viewing in UAE and Oman without any cuts.

The movie, a follow-up to Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal’s 2012 film OMG – Oh My God, is supposed to raise awareness of sex education among teenagers and the necessity of it through a compelling tale of a middle-class family.

Ajit Andhare, COO of Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, confirmed the report, saying, “We are pleased to announce that the Omani censor authorities have approved OMG 2 in the 12+ category without any cuts. The UAE’s censorship board has likewise approved the movie for public viewing, and Quebec, Canada, has approved it under the General category without any changes.

Notably, the Indian Censor Board has granted the movie a ‘adults only’ license and it will now be available in theaters starting on August 11.
