8 August 2023 ( New Delhi) : Chennai Express has been one of the best blockbuster movies of Deepika Padukone and today that movie has completed 10 years. It’s been ten years since Rohit Shetty’s comedy Chennai Express, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. Deepika released a flashback video of herself and husband Ranveer Singh reenacting a popular sequence from the film to commemorate the occasion.
Deepika uploaded an old video of herself and Ranveer on Instagram on Tuesday. The two recreated a memorable scene from Chennai Express starring her and Shah Rukh. “Aye Meenamma, there isn’t a word like impossible in my dictionary,” Ranveer said, quoting Shah Rukh. Deepika responds with her line, “OK? “Where did you get such a ridiculous dictionary?” The video appears to be from the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2015 historical romance Bajirao Mastani, which starred Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.Ranveer’s bald cut suggests that the image was filmed while he was filming Bajirao Mastani, in which he played a Maratha ruler.
Chennai Express was one of the biggest blockbuster films of 2013, and it is now ten years old. Deepika Padukone, the actress, celebrated this important day by posting a delightful throwback video on her Instagram. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh both reenact the ‘nonsense dictionary’ moment from Chennai Express in the movie. Ranveer channeled his inner Shah Rukh Khan from Chennai Express as Deepika did her part.
