Two persons allegedly battered and displayed the vegetable vendor naked in a market in Uttar Pradesh&#8217;s Noida for non-payment of a portion of a loan. A video of the incident was extensively posted on social media, showing the seller being forced to strip naked and go through the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video clip was also published by the UP section of Congress, who claimed the victim was a garlic vendor. The obscenity was heard being yelled at the vendor in the video.
