During his address at the event, he touched upon various topics, including the Israel-Hamas conflict and the tragic case of a doctor in Kolkata who was raped and murdered. He stated, &#8220;There is a narrative in Bangladesh suggesting that India poses a danger.&#8221; Bhagwat also referenced the tragic RG Kar case, where a postgraduate trainee doctor was brutally raped and murdered on August 9. He remarked, \u201cIn the Kolkata doctor&#8217;s case, there were attempts to shield the perpetrators; the intertwining of crime, politics, and a toxic culture is detrimental to us.\u201d Additionally, Bhagwat commented on the ongoing Iran-Israel conflict, expressing that the \u2018Israel-Hamas war\u2019 has raised significant concerns. The Dussehra celebrations featured former ISRO chief and Padma Bhushan awardee K. Radhakrishnan as the chief guest, with Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, and former ISRO chief K.
