The Justice Bharti Dangre and Justice Manjusha Deshpande bench made this decision. It grew out that the juvenile’s aunt filed a petition with the High Court. The juvenile’s release was demanded in the petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When a youngster breaks the law, they cannot be treated like adults.” The juvenile was sent to the remand home on the youngster Justice Board’s incorrect order, according to the court.
