Rinku Rajaura, a police officer assigned to the Madhuban Bapudham police station in the Ghaziabad district, has been named as the culprit. The incident is connected to the vicinity of the Kavi Nagar police station, it was discovered after reviewing the aforementioned footage. A case has been filed in accordance with the pertinent sections.
