The High Court did state that those who already benefited from this certificate and have already had the opportunity will not be affected by this ruling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Calcutta High Court delivered another blow to the Trinamool Congress, which is in power in West Bengal, on Wednesday. All of the state&#8217;s OBC certificates that the Trinamool government issued have been cancelled by the High Court. The High Court did state that those who already benefited from this certificate and have already had the opportunity will not be impacted by this ruling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Trinamool government was not especially mentioned by the Calcutta High Court on Wednesday, though. All OBC certificates issued after 2010 would be rejected, the court declared. By the way, the state has been governed by the Trinamool Congress since 2011.
