Noida/Etawah – A vigilance team raided the premises of Ravindra Singh Yadav, the suspended OSD (Officer on Special Duty) of the Noida Development Authority, uncovering massive assets disproportionate to his known income. The raids, conducted on Saturday, included searches at Yadav’s Noida residence and a school in Etawah, revealing significant irregularities and luxurious assets.
The raids were initiated following allegations of amassing wealth beyond his means. The vigilance team has now registered a corruption case against Yadav under multiple sections of the law. Investigations are underway to unravel the full extent of his illicit activities.
Details of the Raid
The vigilance team conducted extensive searches at multiple locations linked to Yadav, including his Noida residence and properties in Etawah, Etah, and Lucknow. Documents related to land holdings, schools, colleges, and bank accounts were recovered during the operation.
Key findings include:
- A three-story bungalow in Noida, valued at approximately ₹16 crores.
- Household items and electronic appliances worth ₹37 lakhs.
- Gold and jewelry worth ₹62.44 lakhs.
- Cash amounting to ₹2.47 lakhs.
- Six bank accounts, insurance policies, and investment documents.
Discovery of Land and Real Estate
During the raids, officials discovered documents indicating the purchase of around 12 plots of land in different locations, including Etawah, Lucknow, and Noida.
Luxury School Unearthed in Etawah
The investigation unveiled a school, Aristotle World School, located in Malajani, Jaswant Nagar, Etawah. The school, built with an investment of around ₹15 crores, is registered under a society headed by Yadav’s son, Nikhil Yadav.
Notable findings at the school include:
- High-end furniture and equipment worth ₹2 crores.
- A fleet of 10 school buses valued at ₹1.04 crores.
Other Recoveries
The team also recovered documents related to the registration of Aristotle World School and various investments linked to Yadav. Two vehicles, an Innova and a Kwid, were also seized.
Vigilance Investigation in Progress
The vigilance team is interrogating Yadav’s family members and investigating his foreign trips, financial dealings, and other assets. Further probes are expected to reveal more hidden properties and investments.
Corruption Case Filed
Based on the evidence gathered, a corruption case has been registered against Ravindra Yadav. The team is closely analyzing all recovered documents and is expected to make further disclosures in the coming days.
