Gurugram, Haryana – A tragic incident occurred late Friday night in Gurugram, where a devastating fire broke out in a residential building located in the Saraswati Enclave’s G Block. The fire, reportedly caused by a short circuit, claimed the lives of four individuals, all of whom were working as tailors in a garment company.
The fire erupted around 2:00 AM, quickly engulfing the premises and leaving no chance for escape. The victims, aged between 18 and 28 years, were all originally from Bihar. They were living in the house while working in the city, seeking better employment opportunities.
Eyewitnesses reported hearing a loud bang, which they believe was the sound of the electrical short circuit that ignited the flames. Neighbors attempted to help but were unable to control the fire, which spread rapidly. The local fire department was notified, and fire-fighting teams arrived promptly to manage the situation. Despite their efforts, the fire resulted in the tragic loss of the four young men.
One of the deceased had recently gotten married. His wife and children had returned to their hometown to celebrate the Diwali festival, escaping the tragic event that would unfold later. The families of the victims are now left grappling with the devastating loss, as they receive the heartbreaking news.
