The main contest

In Haryana, it is thought to be between the BJP and the Congress. The ruling BJP has fielded candidates in all seats except Sirsa. In Sirsa, the BJP endorsed Haryana Lokhit Party candidate Gopal Kanda. Congress, on the other hand, is running for office in every district except Bhiwani. In Bhiwani, Congress has supported the CPI(M), which has fielded Om Prakash.

Apart from that, other parties have attempted to make the contest exciting. Dushyant Chautala’s Jannayak Janata Party, which previously served as kingmaker, has formed an alliance with MP Chandrashekhar Azad’s Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram). At the same time, Om Prakash Chautala’s Indian National Lok Dal has formed an alliance with Mayawati’s BSP. After things did not work out with Congress, Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party is also running for all 90 seats.
