The Ministry of Education has announced that the seven-member team constituted to overhaul the examination procedure will be led by former ISRO chief K Radhakrishnan. The panel will present its report within two months.
Former ISRO chief K Radhakrishnan will lead a seven-member council to revamp the examination process. This was stated by the Ministry of Education. The central government has stated that the panel will present its investigative report within two months. The Ministry of Education, which has come under fire for canceling UGC NET and allegedly leaking NEET UG 2024 papers, announced on Saturday the formation of a high-level committee of experts led by former ISRO Chairman Dr. K Radhakrishnan to ensure that the examinations are conducted transparently, smoothly, and fairly.
The seven-member committee will provide recommendations on how to improve the mechanism of the examination process, data security standards, and the structure and operation of the National Testing Agency.
This group includes Professor BJ Rao, Vice Chancellor of Hyderabad Central University, and Randeep Guleria, former Director of AIIMS Delhi. The group will report to the Ministry of Education within two months.
