The eagerly awaited ‘Rakshas’ movie featuring actor Ranveer Singh and famous South Indian filmmaker Prashant Verma has been put on indefinite hold. In this context, Ranveer and Prashant have also released a joint statement. Maitree Movie Makers, whose movie ‘Pushpa 2’ is right now getting a lot of attention on social media, produced the movie.

The film directed by Prashant Verma, initially titled “Brahmarakshas” and later retitled “Rakshas,” has received a lot of attention lately. Following the release of Prashant Verma’s film “Hanuman,” Ranveer Singh himself made clear that he would like to collaborate with Prashant. Additionally, after several talks about the story, the two of them had finished writing the script.

Information about Ranveer leaving the film started spreading from Mumbai, and talks about the possibility of the 300-crore film not opening well compared to Ranveer’s previous releases began to come from Hyderabad. Apparently, something happened between Ranveer and Prashant during the film’s promo and announcement video shoot in Hyderabad. There were reportedly creative disagreements between Prashant and Ranveer. But following the Hyderabad filming, viewers have also been exposed to Ranveer’s Telugu language from the set.

For the first time to date, Ranveer Singh has made an official remark in this regard.
