A terrible traffic accident happened in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday morning. The DCM lost control and crashed with a tree on the Assam Highway, killing three laborers and injuring more than 33. All of them had traveled to Moradabad to work as laborers.
In Pilibhit, laborers traveling from Moradabad to Lakhimpur Kheri via DCM were involved in a road accident early Friday morning. The DCM driver dozed out on the Assam Highway near the village of Bijnor. As a result, the DCM spun out of control and crashed into a tree. The disaster killed three laborers. There have been more than 33 injuries.
Police arrived at the scene after receiving information and transported the injured from DCM to the district hospital. After three and a quarter hours, the driver was still trapped in the DCM and could hardly be rescued. He was also transported to the district hospital in critical condition. Following the accident, there was a line of automobiles on either side of the highway. The cops had the damaged vehicle removed. When traffic could become smoother.
After receiving the information, DM and SP visited the medical college. He asked about the injured’s condition. It is reported that approximately 50 people were traveling in the DCM. All of them were traveling from Moradabad to Lakhimpur Kheri. I used to work as a laborer in a brickwork fire. According to reports, many of the injured are in critical condition. Police are gathering information on the deceased.
