Pradeep Rai, Sanjay Dutt’s lawyer, disclosed to Lallantop that the actor has a tendency of never duplicating his costumes. He went to jail, however, and returned wearing the same outfit. “I knew Sanjay Dutt had a habit of not wearing the same outfits twice. When the same Sanjay Dutt emerged, he was carrying a soiled and torn clothing. He showed it to me and claimed he only wore it inside since he couldn’t acquire another.”

Regarding the incident in which Dutt was denied permission to perform in the jail, Rai stated that the actor had rehearsed for the drama but was denied permission due to security concerns. “There was a drama going on in jail, and Sanjay Dutt was an actor in it.” A man is imprisoned and wishes to engage in some drama, but the jail officials refuse to allow him since he poses a security risk. He had completed all of his study, but when it came time for the play, he was denied permission,” he explained.
