At the occasion, Shah Rukh Khan remarked, “I think, Mashallah, God’s been really gracious. Ours was Pathaan. With Jawan, God has been much nicer. We officially began on January 26 on Republic Day, I usually say. It’s a lucky day today.

Shah Rukh Khan will play an army officer in the movie Dunki. The actor is really “excited to wear the uniform again,” according to a source close to the Times of India. “SRK is really eager to don the outfit once more. In fact, there are hints in the introduction film, like his fatigue pants and green t-shirt. When soldiers are traveling or taking a break, they tend to dress in this manner, the source was cited as adding.

Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu will appear on-screen with Shah Rukh Khan in Dunki. The film was filmed in Kashmir, London, and Saudi Arabia.
