Braj looks like as heaven welcoming Kanha. From 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., visitors can enter Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi continuously.
The pleasure of Shri Krishna Janmotsav in Mathura has extended throughout Braj. Braj has been adorned like heaven to greet Kanha. Kanha will be born at midnight on Monday in every home. Mangal Badhai tunes would resound throughout every home. Lakhs of devotees from throughout the country and overseas have visited Braj to see him.
The primary ceremony will take place at Shri Krishna Janmasthan. There will be continuous admittance between 5:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. All of Braj’s temples and bridges, large and little, have been adorned. Police and PAC men have been stationed at every nook and cranny for protection. According to intelligence agencies’ estimates, over 50 lakh devotees will attend the Krishna Janmotsav.
Not only the entire Braj, but lakhs of devotees from all over the country and overseas are looking forward to welcoming Lalla. When Kanhaiya is born at 12 p.m. on Monday night in the major temples of Mathura-Vrindavan, the atmosphere will reverberate with slogans like ‘Haathi-Ghoda Palki, Jai Kanhaiyalal’. Thousands of devotees came to Sri Krishna Janmasthan, Thakur Bankebihari Temple, Dwarkadhish Temple, Prem, and ISKCON Temple for darshan on Sunday, which lasted till late in the evening. Everyone was drawn to the ambiance of these illuminated shrines. People stopped dead in their tracks when they saw these temples lit up with electric lights.
Conversely, the Sevayat Goswami was observed joyfully singing the greetings. The historic Sapt Devalayas of Vrindavan, Bankebihari Temple, ISKCON Temple, Prem Mandir, and more have been adorned with vibrant electric lights that reach up to the door frame. Fragrant flowers and balloons from India and outside have been used to adorn the square and the inner sanctum sanctorum of the shrine. Lights have also been installed at the old Sapt Devalayas, such as ISKCON Temple, Prem Mandir, and Chandrodaya Mandir, which have drawn worshippers from all across the nation.
Today’s programs at Shri Krishna Janmasthan will be as follows.
On Monday morning, the Lord’s Mangala Aarti will begin at 5:30 a.m. at Shri Krishna Janmasthan, with the melodic playing of holy Shehnai and Nagadas. The glorious Panchamrit Abhishek of the Lord will begin at 8:00 a.m. The Lord’s holy hymns will be recited, as will Pushparchan. The big Pushpanjali and divine program of Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav Sankalp will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the courtyard of Bhagwat Bhavan, at the feet of Shri Radha Krishna Yugal Sarkar. Pushparchan of the Lord shall be done with lotus flowers, Tulsi leaves, Mangalarchan, and Vedic mantras. The top Braj singers will perform magnificent bhajans in front of Thakurji on this occasion. The major event for Janma Mahabhishek will begin at 11:00 p.m. with the adoration of Shri Ganesh-Navgraha, among other things. Following that, Thakurji will be called through Sahasrarchan with 1008 lotus flowers. The Lord will appear at midnight. This marks the start of the Maha Aarti, which will last till 12:10 a.m. Shri Thakur Ji’s Janmabhishek will be performed by Kamdhenu Swarupa Cow from 12:10 midnight to 12:25 midnight. Following that, Shri Thakur Ji’s Janma Mahabhishek in the silver lotus flower will take place between 12:25 and 12:40 p.m.

Monday is Shri Krishna Janmotsav at the Thakur Dwarkadhish shrine. To commemorate the anniversary of the birth, flowers have been brought from Delhi and Kolkata. Thakurji is going to dress in jewels. There will be a darshan of Thakurji’s birth at 11:45 p.m. On August 27, Nandotsav will be celebrated. The tourist control room has been established in the ITMS room run by the Municipal Corporation under the Smart City Scheme. Employees from the police, tourism, municipal corporation, revenue, highways, and trains work in shifts around the clock. Its nodal officer is the Additional Municipal Commissioner. According to the DM, any tourist can call this hotline number for information on when to visit the Mathura-Vrindavan temples, as well as trains and buses to and from Mathura and other states and districts. In addition, this control room can provide information about local roads and scenic locations. You can also file a complaint about any issue, which will be addressed by the police.
Route diversion
To contain the gathering, the traffic police prepared a traffic diversion plan. To avoid traffic bottlenecks, route diversion will be in force until the night of September 28th. Vehicle traffic in Mathura will be prohibited between Bharatpur Gate and Deeg Gate, as well as Masani Chauraha and Bhuteshwar Chauraha. Parking has been provided at 20 locations throughout Mathura for vehicles arriving from the outside. Barriers have been installed in 74 spots.
