The Supreme Court has heard the case about the promotion of cadre officers, but they have not received any help. Anish Dayal Singh, the CRPF DG, has now established a committee to address the promotion.

Before the DG, they brought up a number of other concerns related to the soldiers’ well-being. The DG then revealed that the force has submitted a request for the formation of 35 new battalions to the Union Home Ministry.
