Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s claim that the Congress had pledged to give money to people with more children sparked a significant controversy.

On Wednesday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi stated that the party’s platform vowed to restore a modest bit of money to 90% of the country from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ₹16 lakh crore allocation to chosen 22 people. “We did not claim we would refund all 16 lakh crore. We assessed and determined that just a tiny amount of money would be refunded,” Rahul Gandhi stated at the Samajik Nyay Sammelan in Delhi’s Jawahar Bhawan.

“We have calculated…what we felt is justice, and that help should be given, we put it down in the manifesto,” Rahul Gandhi told reporters.

Rahul Gandhi remarked, “You must have noticed that the Prime Minister has panicked,” when he asked the crowd how they felt about the party’s manifesto. It is a manifesto for revolution.”

Following PM Narendra Modi’s announcement that the Congress will take money and divide it among those who have more children, the “redistribution” has grown to be a key issue of contention between the BJP and the Congress. Affirming the accusation, the Congress said that PM Modi had propagated false information on the manifesto.

“Caste census can never be stopped by a shakti.”

Rahul Gandhi asserted that the caste census will be the first thing the Congress does if elected, and that it will include an economic and institutional study. It will be a national x-ray, Rahul Gandhi stated, adding that after 70 years of independence, it is a necessary and reasonable move to analyze the condition.

“They refer to me as not serious.”

“They claim I’m not serious and not engaged in politics. The Land Acquisition Bill, MNREGA, Niyamgiri, and Bhatta Parsaul are not severe issues. However, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, and Virat Kohli are big concerns. When it comes to the greater population, we are referred to as nonserious. “When you don’t have the loudspeaker, everything you say is meaningless,” Rahul Gandhi stated.
